Placing Your Order-
Orders can be faxed in any time to 907-561-2007 or sent electronically via the shopping cart feature on this site.

Payment -
You can pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express or you can physically come into our store and pay by cash or check, but orders will not be processed without payment. Keep in mind we use a secure Authorize.net host for your for credit card payments. No employee at Serigraphics sees your credit card information.

Merchandise Availability -
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship the other in-stock items. Your packing slip will indicate back-ordered items. As soon as the back-ordered merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we will ship it directly to you with no additional freight charge.

Pickups -
Once your order is complete you will be called. Also, there is a extra fee for employees who have requested to have their merchandise shipped direct to their home address
Please allow 3 weeks on most orders for delivery.

Returns/Exchanges -
Upon receipt of your order, we decorate each item logo you requested. We encourage you to be confident in your selection to avoid any returns. We do accept returns on any damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of your order. However, if the item is worn or soiled, it cannot be returned.
